LBC 14 is a volunteer-led affiliate of USA Boxing, governed by a Board of Directors elected from the Florida boxing community. We publish how we operate.
Our bylaws, policies, and meeting minutes are published here. Board decisions, officer roles, and elections are documented for any member club, athlete, parent, or coach to review.
This page exists because trust has to be earned twice — once by USA Boxing nationally, and once by every Local Boxing Committee in Florida. We're choosing to make that easy.
LBC 14 is in a leadership transition. Interim officers are listed below, with open seats actively being filled by election among member clubs.
Presides over LBC 14 board meetings, represents the committee with USA Boxing nationally, and leads strategic planning for the Florida amateur boxing community.
InterimSupports the President, chairs working groups, and serves as acting President in their absence. Liaison to officials and tournament directors across the region.
InterimMaintains the official record of board proceedings, prepares and publishes meeting minutes, and manages communication with member clubs.
InterimOversees committee finances, sanction-fee accounting, and the annual budget. Reports financial position to the board and member clubs each meeting.
InterimLeads referee, judge, and timekeeper certification across LBC 14. Coordinates officials clinics and assignments at sanctioned shows.
Open seatAthlete Reps bring the competitor's perspective to board decisions. Currently filled on an interim basis by Omari Jones and Marie-Angelis Rosendo — additional applicants welcome.
